Quality system audit trail: who did what, and when
For every non-conformity, corrective action, checklist, PDCA activity, calibration and document revision Virtus records who created the item and who changed it, with date and time, field, previous value and new value. When the audit comes, the history is already written.
Without a log, the history is rebuilt from memory
A value corrected on a shared spreadsheet, a criticality raised from minor to major: without an automatic log what remains is the memory of whoever was there. The auditor needs dates, authors and previous values. In the module every item carries its own history, written by the system.

Creation and changes, field by field
The log of every item starts with its creation, with user, date and time. Every change records field, previous value and new value: a criticality raised from minor to major reads in one line.

Status changes and decisions, with who and when
When an NC goes from open to resolved, a corrective action is defined or a revision is approved or rejected, the log records transition and decision with the user who took it. The same goes for checklists, PDCA activities and calibrations.

Every version of a document, with status and author
In the DMS every revision of a document has a card with status (released, reviewed, approved or rejected) and author. Its log records creation, status changes and every approval or rejection, with who decided.

Who downloaded a document, and how many times
For every version a second tab lists the downloads by user, with count, first and last occurrence. You know who has downloaded the latest revision of a procedure and who has not.
